关节镜下LARS人工韧带重建前交叉韧带中长期疗效观察 被引量:4

Medium and long term efficacy of reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament with LARS artificial ligament under arthroscopy

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下LARS人工韧带重建前交叉韧带(ACL)中长期的疗效。方法 30例ACL损伤患者关节镜下使用LARS人工韧带行ACL重建,在术前及术后8~12年随访时行Lysholm膝关节评分、Tegner膝关节运动评分、IKDC膝关节主观评分,观察手术的中长期疗效。结果 30例中24例获随访,时间8~12年,无韧带断裂。随访时Lyshlom评分由术前(46.52±7.24)分提高到术后的(87.35±0.85)分;Tegner评分由术前(2.8±0.65)分提高至术后的(5.8±0.42)分;IKDC膝关节主观评分由术前(46.52±7.24)分提高到术后的(88.84±0.94)分,IKDC膝关节检查表客观检查结果优良率由术前的20.8%提升为术后的87.5%;KT-2000关节动度仪检查结果优良率由术前的25%提升为术后的83.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下应用LARS人工韧带重建ACL术后,膝关节稳定性好,临床效果满意,中长期效果稳定可靠。 Objective To investigate the medium and long term efficacy of reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament with LARS artificial ligament under arthroscopy. Methods 30 patients was performed ACL reconstruction by using LARS artificial ligament under arthroscopy. In the preoperative and postoperative 8 - 12 years of follow-up,including the Lysholm knee score,Tegner knee joint score,IKDC subjective score of knee joint which were and IKDC objective examination of knee joint and KT-2000 joint mobility meter inspection results,the patients were observed the medium and long term efficacy of surgery. Results 24 cases were followed up in 30 cases( about 8 to 12 years),there were no ligament rupture cases. From preoperation to postoperative,The Lyshlom score was increased from 46. 52 ± 7. 24 to 87. 35 ± 0. 85; the Tegner score was increased from 2. 8 ± 0. 65 to 5. 8 ± 0. 42; IKDC subjective score of knee joint was increased from 46. 52 ± 7. 24 to 88. 84 ± 0. 94; IKDC knee examination objective examination results excellent rate from 20. 8% to 87. 5%; The excellent rate of the KT-2000 joint mobility meter examination( according to the International Knee Documentation Committee score) was from 25% to 83. 3%. Conclusion After the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament with LARS artificial ligament under arthroscopy,the stability of knee joint was good,the clinical effect was satisfactory,the medium and long term effect is stable and reliable.
