摘要 对高速铁路无砟轨道挡肩及承轨槽伤损情况进行了调研,将挡肩及承轨槽伤损分为承轨部位整体破损、挡肩缺损掉块、挡肩和承轨槽裂缝等类型。伤损影响因素包括环境条件、初始缺陷、磕碰撞击等。基于对不同类型伤损原因的分析,提出挡肩及承轨槽伤损判定标准和维修方法。挡肩缺损面积达到50%及以上时判定挡肩整体失效,建议对挡肩进行整体修复;当挡肩缺损面积达到30%时建议及时修复;当挡肩缺损面积不超过30%时建议列入维修计划适时修复。 By field survey of damages in shoulders and track bearing slots of high speed railway ballastless track,the damages are classified as three types,o verall damage in track bearing position,partial defect in shoulders and cracking in shoulders and track bearing slots.The influence factors include environmental conditions, initial defects,bump and impact etc.On the basis of analysis of different types of damages,the damage criterion and maintenance method were put forward.While the shoulder damage area is 50% or more,the damage is determined as shoulder overall failure,thus it is recommended that the shoulder should be repaired as a whole.When the shoulder damage area is 30%,timely repair is recommended. When the shoulder damage area is less than 30%,maintenance plan should be formulated and implemented at appropriate time.
