摘要
生物质垃圾炉渣是一种典型的颗粒状材料,可以代替骨料作为路基垫层材料。为了研究干密度对炉渣力学特性的影响规律,对干密度为0.9,1.0,1.1 g/cm3的炉渣试样进行三轴固结排水剪切试验。试验结果表明:炉渣力学特性与应力状态和干密度密切相关;松散炉渣的应力-应变曲线呈现硬化特性,紧密炉渣的应力-应变曲线软化特征明显;炉渣的初始弹性模量、黏聚力、内摩擦角均随着干密度的提高而增大。
Biomass waste incineration bottom ash is a typical granular material and it can replace aggregate as roadbed cushion material. In order to investigate the effect of dry density on mechanical properties of incineration bottom ash,triaxial consolidation drained shearing tests for incineration bottom ash sample with dry density of 0. 9,1. 0,1. 1 g/cm3 were carried out.Results show that the mechanical properties of incineration bottom ash is closely related to its stress state and dry density,stress-strain curve of loose incineration bottom ash mainly exhibits hardening characteristics,while stress-strain curve of dense incineration bottom ash shows obvious softening characteristics,the initial elastic modulus, cohesion and internal friction angle of incineration bottom ash increases with the increase of dry density.
