摘要 通过正交试验法研究了6种因素对20G钢CO_2腐蚀行为影响,采用扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射仪(XRD)对20G钢表面腐蚀产物膜进行了分析。结果表明:20G钢在CO_2腐蚀过程中,温度是最大的影响因素,其次是氯离子; 20G钢在CO_2环境中的腐蚀产物主要为FeCO_3,其形貌对腐蚀速率有一定的影响。 The effects of six factors on the CO2 corrosion behavior of 20 G steel were investigated by orthogonal test. The corrosion product films were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and X-ray diffraction( XRD). The results show that temperature was the biggest influence factor,followed by chloride ion concentration in the CO2 corrosion process of20 G steel. The corrosion products of the 20 G steel corroded in CO2 environment were mainly composed of FeCO3,and its morphology had certain influence on corrosion rate.
