摘要
316L不锈钢具有良好的抗点蚀能力,但在一定条件下也会发生点蚀失效。通过宏观分析,化学成分分析、电镜观察、能谱分析以及微观组织分析等,对一起尚未使用的316L加热炉输送管线的泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明:管线水压试验用水中含有较多的Cl^-和Br^-,且水压试验后未严格排干积水就封存管线,导致管线在存放期间,发生了点蚀穿孔。
316 L stainless steel has good resistance to pitting corrosion,but pitting failure can also occur under certain conditions. The reasons for the leakage of an unused 316 L heating furnace tube were analyzed by macro analysis,chemical composition analysis,electron scanning microscopy( SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy( EDS) and microstructure analysis. The results show that many Cl-and Br-ions were contained in the water used in hydraulic pressure test for the tube. After hydraulic pressure test,the tube was sealed before the water had been drained completely,resulting in the occurrence of pitting corrosion in storage period.
