摘要
介绍了基于超快速冷却的新一代TMCP工艺的基本思想以及中厚板超快冷装置的技术特点,即高冷却强度、高冷却均匀性和灵活的控制方式。结合唐山中厚板材有限公司的以超快速冷却为核心的新一代TMCP工艺在合金减量化Q345、高品质Q420qD、工艺减量型Q550D等钢种的工业实践,表明该工艺较传统的TMCP工艺在减少合金元素含量、提高钢板强度和冲击韧性等方面具有明显的优势。
The concept of new-generation TMCP(NG-TMCP)technology was introduced.The central idea of NG-TMCP was ultra-fast cooling after hot rolling,stop cooling process at dynamic phase transition point and finally the cooling path controll according to the chemical composition and mechanical properties.The key point of NG-TMCP was ultra-fast cooling(UFC)technology.NG-TMCP technoloty can remarkably reduce the alloying elements and simplify production process and is widely used in producing high grade steels.The industrial practices of NG-TMCP on producing Q345,high quality steel Q420 qD and highstrength steel Q550 indicated that in contrast to the convetianal TMCP technology,NG-TMCP was more advantageous in reducing alloy elements and improving the steel strength and toughness.
