摘要
南阳汉冶特钢有限公司采用转炉洁净钢冶炼技术、水冷铜板结晶锭模技术、高温低速大压下轧制技术以及先进的热处理工艺,成功研发出450mm厚汽车门板用模具钢1.2311特厚板。通过水冷模浇铸凝固、缓冷回火扩氢、JMatPro软件模拟该钢种静态CCT曲线制定合理的热处理冷却工艺,保证了该钢种优良的可切削性及镜面研磨性能,硬度指标均匀且稳定。
The 450 mm thickness 1.2311 die steel plate was developed by converter clean steel smelting technology,water-cooled copper mould technology,low speed and high pressure rolling technology and advanced heat treatment technology in Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co.,Ltd.Through the mold casting solidification process,slow cooling hydrogen expansion treatment,JMatPro software simulation of the steel static CCT curve,the machinability and mirror grinding performance of this steel plate were ensured with uniform hardness.
