摘要 精轧工艺水中轧制油与防剥落水的使用直接影响着辊面质量、轧辊磨损、产品质量及轧制稳定性。对首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司2 250mm热连轧机组轧制油及防剥落水的现状进行了研究分析,通过对轧制油的水质化验,对轧制水进行了改进,解决了轧制油系统使用中存在的堵塞问题,提高了轧辊表面质量。同时对防剥落水的开关时序进行了优化,解决了防剥落水造成的辊面氧化膜剥落问题,保证了轧制稳定性。 The use of rolling oil and anti-stripping water in the finishing rolling process directly affect the quality and wear of the roll as well as rolling stability.The present situation of the rolling oil and anti-stripping water in the finishing rolling process of2 250 mm hot rolling mill were analyzed.The process water was transformed based on the water quality test of rolling oil,the congestion problems existing in the rolling oil system were resolved,and the quality of the roll surface was improved.Besides,the oxidation film spalling from the roll surface was avoided according to optimizing the time sequence of water switch,and the rolling stability was assured.
