同步电机牵入同步故障的分析与处理

摘要 以某钢厂4号烧结风机同步电动机多次发生牵入同步失败为案例,对其异步起动和牵入同步过程进行动态仿真。分析了不同初始功率角对牵入动态特性的影响,得出牵入同步较好的初始功率角范围。同时模拟仿真了减小机组转动惯量以及现场减小风机叶轮直径后的牵入同步,经验证其结果可使电机成功牵入同步。 Taking the frequent failure synchronous pull-in of the synchronous machine used in No4 sintering fan in the steel works as example, dynamic simulation both of the asynchronous start-up and synchronous pull-in was done. Influence on the pull-in characteristic under different initial power angles was analyzed, and then, a power angles range with better pull-in characteristic was figured. Meanwhile, influence on the pull-in characteristic by decreasing the inertia moment of the fan set was simulated, decreasing diameter of the fan blades helped the electric machine pulling-in successfully.
