摘要
基于逆压电效应的超声波电机具有低速大力矩、高功率密度、易嵌入、响应快、无电磁干扰等优点。文章从电机本体结构、驱动电源、速度控制技术等几个方面分析超声波电机研究的迫切性及存在的问题,并展望了超声波电机在机器人应用领域的前景。
Ultrasonic motors based upon the inverse piezoelectric effect possessed the advantages of low-speed & large torque, high power density, quick response, and non-electromagnetic disturbance interference. The urgency and existed problems of the ultrasonic motor research were studied in the fields of the motor' s construction, driving electric source, speed-control technology as well as its application in robot industry.
