中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国经济发展也迈入了新常态。在我国经济从高速增长阶段转向中高速增长的新阶段,居民消费结构升级的趋势已经确立,消费贡献率快速上升。因此,我国经济发展必须以提升劳动生产率为中心,加快构建消费驱动经济增长的长效机制,充分发挥消费对经济增长的基础作用和对供给的引领作用,实现更高层次的供需平衡。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and China＇s economic development has taken on a new normal. In the new stage of development, China＇s economy shifts from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth. With the consumption structure of residents being upgraded, the contribution rate of consumption has increased rapidly. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on elevating labor productivity, accelerating the establishment of a long-term mechanism for consumption-driven economic growth so as to give full play to the basic role of consumption in economic growth and the leading role of supply, and achieve a higher level of supply and demand balance.
