无痛病房管理在骨痿疼痛患者中的应用

Application of painless ward management in patients with bone weakness and pain

目的:探讨无痛病房管理应用于骨痿疼痛患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月～2018年8月本院收治的骨痿疼痛患者80例,随机分为对照组和试验组各40例,对照组实施一般常规护理,试验组实施无痛病房管理,采用VAS疼痛评分法对两组进行评分,并向患者发放护理服务满意度调查表,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且试验组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:无痛病房管理应用于骨痿疼痛患者有明显疗效,可减轻患者疼痛,改善患者生活质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective： Objective to explore the clinical effect of painless ward management in patients with bone weakness and pain.Methods： From January 2017 to August 2018, 80 patients with bone weakness and pain were randomly divided into control group（n=40） and experimental group（n=40）.The control group received routine orthopedic nursing care, the experimental group received painless ward management, and the two groups were scored by VAS pain score method, and the patients were given nursing satisfaction questionnaire to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results： After treatment, the VAS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.01）, and the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Painless ward management applied to patients with bone weakness pain has obvious curative effect, can reduce pain, improve the quality of life of patients, improve patient satisfaction.
