摘要
目的:探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对椎基底动脉供血不足的诊断价值。方法:选取99例椎基底动脉供血不足患者为观察组,另选取50例健康者为对照组,均行TCD检查,观察椎动脉、基底动脉的血流速度及频谱形态。结果:观察组TCD检测异常率为96.0%,其中高速血流者49例,频谱形态正常者41例,低速血流者46例,频谱形态正常者39例;高速血流患者其椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而低速血流患者其椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结论:TCD在椎基底动脉供血不足诊断中具有重要的应用价值,可在临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of transcranial doppler(TCD) in vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency. Methods: 99 cases of patients with vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency were selected as observation group and 50 cases of healthy people as control group, observed their blood flow velocities and Spectrum forms of vertebral artery and basilar artery after TCD examination. Results: The abnormal detection rate of observation group was 96.0%, in which had 49 cases of high blood flow and 41 cases of normal spectrum, 46 cases of low blood flow and 39 cases of normal spectrum; the blood flow velocities of vertebral artery and basilar artery in high blood flow patients were significantly higher and in low blood flow patients were significantly lower than those of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: TCD has important value in diagnosis of vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency, which can be popularized in clinical application.
