40例鼻咽癌MRI、CT检出率比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析鼻咽癌MRI诊断临床应用价值。方法:随机选取2016年4月~2018年4月本院收治的鼻咽癌患者40例,均进行CT诊断、MRI诊断,且以手术病理组织检查作为金标准,比较诊断检出率。结果:MRI组总检出率95.00%,CT组总检出率60.00%,MRI组总检出率显著高于CT组(P<0.05);MRI组检出率与手术病理组检出率相比(P>0.05);CT组的检出率显著较手术病理组的低(P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌患者进行MRI诊断,可有效提高病灶检出率,效果显著,值得借鉴。
