郑州市某糖精钠生产企业职业病危害现状

Current situation of occupational hazards in a saccharin sodium production enterprise in Zhengzhou

目的对郑州市某糖精钠企业开展职业病危害现状评价,识别生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素,并对其职业病危害防护措施进行评价,以便进一步完善企业职业卫生管理工作。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、检查表分析及作业工人职业健康检查等,对企业存在的职业病危害因素开展综合评价。结果甲醇操作岗位甲醇浓度为<1.3～968.6 mg/m^3,苯操作岗位苯浓度为3.2～594.2 mg/m^3,甲苯操作岗位甲苯浓度为6.8～246.7 mg/m^3,浓度超标,其他毒物操作岗位浓度符合要求,毒物操作岗位合格率为84.5%;四车间活性炭粉尘操作岗位粉尘浓度为2.47～25.35 mg/m^3,浓度超标,其他岗位粉尘浓度符合要求,粉尘操作岗位合格率92.8%。四车间操作岗位噪声强度为80.1～91.8 dB(A),五车间操作岗位噪声强度为82.5～86.8 dB(A),强度超标,其他操作岗位噪声强度符合要求,噪声操作岗位合格率90.0%。工频电场强度为0.009～0.027 kV/m,合格率100.0%。紫外辐射强度为0.18～0.21μW/cm^2,合格率100.0%。照度岗位合格率100.0%。结论企业的职业病危害现状基本符合要求,但应加强职业病防护设施的维护和管理,强化职业卫生宣传教育和培训,加强职业健康检查和职业病诊断的管理等工作。

[Objective]To evaluate the current situation of occupational hazards in a saccharin sodium enterprise in Zhengzhou,identify occupational hazard factors that may produce in the production process,and evaluate occupational hazards prevention measures,so as to further improve the occupational health management work in enterprise.[Methods]Occupational health field investigation,occupational health detection,checklist analysis and occupational health examination of workers were conducted to evaluate the occupational hazard factors existing in enterprise.[Results]The methanol concentration in methanol operation post was 1.3-968.6 mg/m^3,the benzene concentration in benzene operation post was 3.2-594.2 mg/m^3,and toluene concentration in toluene operation post was 6.8-246.7 mg/m^3,they all exceeded the standard. The concentration of other poison operating post met the requirement,and the qualified rate of poison operation post was 84.5%. The dust concentration in active carbon dust operation post in four workshop was 2.47-25.35 mg/m^3,which exceeded the standard,the dust concentration of other posts met the requirement,and the qualified rate of dust operation post was 92.8%.The noise intensity in four workshop was 80.1-91.8 dB（A）,and five workshop was 82.5-86.8 dB（A）,which exceeded the standard,the noise intensity of other posts met the requirement,and the qualified rate of noise operation post was 90.0%. The power frequency electric field intensity was 0.009-0.027 kV/m,and the qualified rate was 100.0%. UV radiation intensity was 0.18-0.21 μW/cm-2,and the qualified rate was 100.0%. The qualified rate of illumination post was 100.0%.[Conclusion]The current situation of occupational hazards in the enterprise basically meets the requirements. But we should strengthen the maintenance and management of occupational disease protection facilities,intensify the occupational health education and training,and improve the occupational health examination and occupational disease diagnosis management.
