2017年淮安市某卷烟厂职业病危害现状调查与评价

Investigation and evaluation of current situation of occupational hazards in a cigarette factory in Huaian in 2017

目的了解2017年淮安市某卷烟厂生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及工人接触情况,对其职业病防护措施及效果进行评价,提出相应的职业病控制措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查及检测收集资料和数据,结合职业卫生管理情况及职业健康检查结果,对淮安市某卷烟厂职业病危害现状做出综合评价。结果生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有烟草尘、噪声和高温;烟草尘检测结果均合格,噪声有3个监测点结果超标,属轻度危害。结论淮安市某卷烟厂工人发生听力损伤的风险较高,应采取噪声危害防控措施,减少噪声对健康的损害。

[Objective]To understand the occupational hazard factors existing in the production process and exposure situation of workers in a cigarette factory in Huaian in 2017,evaluate the occupational disease prevention measure and their effects,and propose appropriate occupational control measures.[Methods]The information and data were collected by occupational health field investigation and detection,combined with the occupational health management and occupational health examination results,the current situation of occupational hazards in a cigarette factory in Huaian was evaluated comprehensively.[Results]The main occupational hazard factors in the production process were tobacco dust,noise and high temperature. The detection results of tobacco dust were all qualified,and 3 noise monitoring points exceeded the standard,which belonged to mild harm.[Conclusion]The risk of hearing loss among workers in a cigarette factory in Huaian is higher. The prevention and control measures of noise should be adopted to reduce the damage of noise to workers＇ health
