职业焦虑对流水线工人自杀倾向的影响

Influence of occupational anxiety on suicidal ideation of pipelined workers

目的对流水线工人的职业焦虑和自杀倾向进行调查,并分析职业焦虑对自杀倾向发生的影响程度。方法采用整群抽样法,选取山东省烟台市制造业流水线工人708人,使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及Beck自杀意念量表(BSI-CV)分别对调查对象施测。结果不同性别、婚姻状况以及月收入的流水线工人其职业焦虑和自杀倾向状况间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中男性、未婚以及收入<3 000元的流水线工人职业焦虑水平较高;婚姻状况和月收入对流水线工人自杀倾向有显著影响(P<0.05),其中未婚和月收入<3 000元的流水线工人有较高的自杀倾向;职业焦虑、婚姻状况以及月收入是导致流水线工人自杀倾向的主要影响因素(t_职=19.361,t_婚=5.657,t_月=5.657;均P<0.05)。结论流水线工人的职业焦虑对其自杀倾向发生具有显著影响,应引起企业和社会的重视。

Objective]To investigate the situation of the occupational anxiety and suicidal ideation of pipelined workers,analyze the influence of occupational anxiety on suicidal ideation.[Methods]By the cluster sampling method,708 pipelined workers were collected from the manufacturing industry of Yantai City in Shandong Province and evaluated by the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）and Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation-Chinese Version（BSI-CV）.[Results]There were statistically significant differences in occupational anxiety and suicide ideation among pipelined workers with different gender,marital states and monthly income（P〈0.05）,and the workers who were males,unmarried and income less than 3 000 had the higher occupational anxiety level.The marital status and monthly income had a significant impact on suicide ideation of pipelined workers（P〈0.05）,and the workers who were unmarried and income less than 3 000 had the higher suicide ideation.The occupational anxiety,marital status and monthly income were the main influencing factors of suicidal ideation in pipelined workers（t_（occupational anxiety）=19.361,t_（marital status）=5.657,t_（monthly income）=5.657,all P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The occupational anxiety of the pipelined workers has significantly influence on their suicidal ideation,which should arouse attention of the enterprise and the society.
