重返工作岗位是脑卒中患者康复和回归正常生活的重要标志。本文就国外脑卒中患者重返工作岗位现状及其影响因素进行综述,包括重返工作岗位概念、关键因素模型、现状及影响因素,旨在促进医护人员对卒中患者重返工作岗位的重视,通过借鉴国外研究的有效经验,为患者提供更多的信息和更有针对性的康复护理,帮助患者早日重返工作岗位。

Return to work is an important indicator of stroke patients＇ rehabilitation and return to normal life. The article reviews the status and influencing factors of return to work of stroke patients abroad,including the concept of return to work,key factor models,status quo,and influencing factors. The purpose is to promote the attention of medical staff to the return of stroke patients to their jobs and by learning from the effective experience of foreign research,to provide more information and more targeted rehabilitation care to help patients return to work as soon as possible.
