2015—2017年重庆市建筑行业职业病危害分布现状

Current distribution status of occupational hazards in construction industry in Chongqing from 2015-2017

目的了解2015—2017年重庆市建筑行业职业病危害分布状况。方法通过2015—2017年重庆市职业病危害申报系统中查找建筑行业建立数据库,并分析企业数和接害劳动者数的分布和趋势。结果 2015—2017年房屋和土木工程建筑业企业数占比分别为54.81%、56.99%和34.62%,下降趋势差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);建筑行业接害劳动者以微、小型企业为主,占比均超过80.00%。结论 2015—2017年重庆市建筑行业职业病危害企业数和劳动者数以微小型集体所有制的建筑和土木工程建筑业为主,呈逐年减少的趋势;应加强重庆市建筑行业职业卫生监督管理。

[Objective]To understand the current distribution status of occupational hazards in construction industry in Chongqing from 2015-2017.[Methods]The data from 2015-2017 were collected from the Chongqing occupational hazards reporting system,to establish a database. The distribution and trend of number of enterprises and number of exposed workers were analyzed.[Results] From 2015-2017, the proportion of enterprises in housing and civil engineering industry was respectively 54.81%,56.99% and 34.62%, showing a downward trend, and the difference was statistically significant（all P〈0.05）. In the construction industry, most of exposed workers were concentrated in micro and small businesses, which the proportions were higher than80.00%.[Conclusion]From 2015-2017, the enterprises with occupational hazards and exposed workers in construction industry in Chongqing mainly concentrate in micro and small collective ownership construction and civil engineering construction industry,and show a decreasing trend. It is necessary to strengthen the occupational health supervision and management in construction industry in Chongqing.
