摘要
目的了解2017年绵阳市食品污染状况,为确定国家食品污染物水平提供基础数据。方法在绵阳市9个县市区随机采集12类451份样品进行农药、重金属、兽药和有机污染物等89个项目的检测。结果 451件样品中,合格样品数为405份,合格率为89.80%,肉类及其制品、淡水鱼、蜂蜜和乳及乳制品4类样品全部符合食品安全国家标准,其它种类样品均有不同程度的样品不合格。结论 2017年绵阳市食品的整体卫生质量较好,但部分食品的卫生质量不容乐观,应加强对蔬菜水果农药残留、野生菌中重金属和鸡蛋中甲硝唑等食品污染物的卫生管理和监测。
[Objective]To investigate the contamination situation of food in Mianyang City in 2017, provide basic data for the determination of the national food contaminant level.[Methods]451 food samples of 12 categories were randomly collected from nine counties/cities in Mianyang City and 89 parameters, including pesticides, heavy metals and veterinary drugs, were assessed.[Results]405 of 451 samples were qualified with the qualified rate of 89.80%. Four categories of samples, including meat and meat-products, freshwater fish, honey, milk and dairy products, conformed to the national standards of food safety, and there were unqualified samples of other categories at different levels.[Conclusion]The overall hygienic quality of food in Mianyang City is satisfactory, yet the hygienic quality of some food is not optimistic. It is necessary to strengthen hygienic management and supervision on pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits, heavy metals in wild mushrooms metronidazole in eggs and other contaminants in food.
