摘要
目的了解武汉市神经内科护士职业韧性以及职业生涯高原反应的情况,并且分析两者之间的相关性。方法采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)和职业生涯高原量表,结合随机数表法,在武汉市6家三级甲等医院选取271名神经内科的护士进行问卷调查。结果 271名神经内科护士的CD-RISC得分为73.61±12.03,职业生涯高原量表的各条目得分为3.43±1.71。护士的职业韧性以及其各维度与职业生涯高原反应各维度之间存在着明显的负相关关系(P<0.05),一般人口学因素中年龄(r=0.713,P<0.01)、学历(r=0.532,P<0.05)、职称(r=0.781,P<0.01)、工作年限(r=0.845,P<0.01)、月收入情况(r=0.468,P<0.01)及婚姻状况(r=0.379,P<0.01)与职业生涯高原之间存在着正相关关系。结论职业韧性与职业生涯高原存在负相关关系,护理管理者可通过提高职业韧性降低护士的高原反应。
[Objective]To study the status of the career resilience and career plateau response of nurses in neurology department of Wuhan City and investigate the relationship between them.[Methods]The Connor-Davidson scale(CD-RISC) and the Career plateau questionnaire were used to investigate 271 nurses in neurology department, who were selected from six grade-A tertiary hospitals of Wuhan City by using random sampling.[Results]The score of CD-RISC in 271 nurses from neurology department was 73.61±12.03, and the score of the Career plateau questionnaire was 3.43 ±1.71. Career resilience in nurses was significantly negatively correlated with each dimension of career plateau response(P〈0.05). The demographic factors, including age(r=0.713, P〈0.01),education level(r=0.532, P〈0.01), job title(r=0.781, P〈0.01), working years(r=0.845, P〈0.01), monthly income(r=0.468,P〈0.01) and marital status(r=0.379, P〈0.01), were positively correlated with career plateau.[Conclusion]There is a negative correlation between occupational career resilience and career plateau, and nursing managers can reduce the altitude response by improving their career resilience.
