家庭血液透析的研究进展

家庭血液透析是指在家中进行安全、高质量的血液透析治疗。这种治疗不仅可以减少交叉感染、有效节约时间和费用、改善临床指标及提高存活率,还可以使患者和家人生活在一起,提高生活质量和满意度。在国外,这种有效的治疗形式在欧美国家已广泛开展。由于家庭血液透析技术的不断成熟及日益突显出的优势,最新数据表明采用家庭血液透析比例呈上升趋势。本文对国内外家庭血液透析的类型、设备及相关并发症进行综述,并借鉴国外开展家庭血液透析的经验方法,提出适合我国国情的家庭血液透析发展对策,为今后临床护理提供有力的依据和指导。

Home hemodialysis is a safe, high-quality hemodialysis treatment at home. This treatment can reduce cross-infection,save time and costs, improve clinical indicators and increase the survival rate. In addition, it allows patients and their families to live together which improve the quality of life and satisfaction. In the United States and Europe, this treatment has been widely carried out. Due to the development of home hemodialysis technology and its advantages, the latest data show that the proportion of home hemodialysis is on the rise. However, it is still in the initial stage in our country. This review summarizes the types,equipment and related complications of home hemodialysis, draws on foreign experience in home hemodialysis methods, proposes the development strategies of home hemodialysis that suits our national conditions and provides a strong basis for clinical care in the future and guidance of clinical nursing work.
