“药品零差价”对昆山市中医医院用药的影响

Influence of "Zero Price Difference of Drugs" on the Medication in Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:分析2012-2016年在"药品零差价"政策的影响下,昆山市中医医院的用药现状以及用药的发展趋势。方法:根据本院2012-2016年西药、中成药、中药饮片和自制制剂的用药数据以及医院总收入和药占比的数据,采用金额分析法和数据汇总法进行统计分析。结果与结论:在"药品零差价"政策的影响下,医院总收入趋于平稳,药占比总体有明显的下降,2016年为40.92%,医院对于药品收入的依赖有明显的降低。各类药品中,西药占比保持平稳,中药饮片及自制制剂占比有了提升,超过了中成药占比,中成药占比下降。

Objective： To analyze the current status and the development trend of medication in Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the influence of ＂zero price difference of drugs＂ policy from 2012 to 2016. Methods： Based on the medication of western medicines, Chinese patent medicines, Chinese medicinal decoction pieces and self-made preparations from 2012 to 2016 in our hospital, as well as the hospital total income and the drug percentage, the statistical analysis was carried out through amount analysis method and data summary method. Results and Conclusion： Under the influence of the ＂zero price difference of drugs＂ policy, the total income of the hospital was stable, and the drug percentage significantly dropped by 40.92% in 2016. Hospital＇s dependence on drug income significantly reduced. Among all kinds of drugs, the percentage of western medicines remained stable, while the percentage of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces and self-made preparations has increased, surpassing that of the Chinese patent medicines. The percentage of the Chinese patent medicines decreased.
