摘要
针对物流系统大景深大视野读码困难,提出基于康耐视DataMan 363读码器和液态镜头搭配光源的方案。在现场使用中,在接收到PLC发出的触发信号之后,DataMan 363读码器触发拍照并解码,将读码信息上传至MES终端。MES处理条码信息,并将处理结果反馈给读码器,读取率达到99.98%。
Aiming at the difficulty of reading barcodes in logistics system with large field depth and large field of view, a solution based on Cognex DataMan 363 Barcode Reader and liquid lens collocating with light source is proposed. After receiving the trigger signal from PLC in working situation, the DataMan 363 Barcode Reader take photos and decode. Then it transmits the reading information to the MES terminal. MES identifies barcode and gives the results back to the barcode reader with a reading rate of 99.98%.
