草甘膦母液电渗析资源化研究

摘要 以含有11wt%氯化钠和1wt%草甘膦的混合溶液为模拟草甘膦母液,采用电渗析脱除模拟母液中的盐,考察了脱盐速率、能耗以及草甘膦的回收率。结果表明,电渗析可有效脱除模拟母液中的氯化钠,当操作电压为10 V时,脱除每公斤氯化钠的电耗为0.99 kWh,相应电流效率92.0%,草甘膦回收率达到94.6%。 This research investigated electrodialysis desalting effect, focusing on a simulated mother solution which contained 11 wt% sodium chloride and 1 wt% glyphosate.. Desalting rate, energy consumption and recovery of glyphosate was considered. The results showed that electrodialysis could effectively remove sodium chloride from the simulated mother solution as operation voltage was 10 V, meanwhile the energy consumption per kilogram NaCl removed was 0.99 kWh, the corresponding current efficiency was 92.0 %, and the glyphosate recovery rate was 94.6 %.
