摘要
本文介绍了利用印刷电路板含铜蚀刻废液生产阴极铜时,硫酸铜电积液中氯离子的净化工艺。考察了铜粉除氯法的反应时间、温度及不同氯离子浓度等条件对净化效果的影响。指出了动态搅拌接触法发优于静态的"铜粉柱"渗滤法。
This paper introduces the purification process of chlorine ion in the electrophoresis of copper sulfate copper-containing etching waste liquid for producing cathode copper. The effects of reaction time, temperature and concentration of different chloride ions on the purification of copper powders were investigated. It is pointed out that the dynamic stirring contact method is superior to the static "copper powder column" percolation method.
