凝胶渗透色谱技术是测量高分子化合物分子量及其分布的重要手段,在高分子领域教学和科研中的应用越来越广泛。本文结合实际操作经验,主要围绕仪器系统组成、分析测试要求和重要注意事项等三个方面展开论述,对马尔文公司开发的Viscotek凝胶渗透色谱仪在实验教学和科学研究中的应用进行了探讨并总结了体会。

The gel permeation chromatography（GPC） technique was one of the most important tools in the measurement involving the molecular weight and its distribution of high-molecular compounds, and the application of GPC in the field of high-molecular compounds was more and more extensive. In this work, the application of Viscotek GPC manufactured by the Malvern company in experimental teaching and scientific research was discussed and summarized.
