天津渤海职业技术学院与合作企业通过共同育人、合作研究、共建机构、共享资源的合作机制,创新"课证融合,项目推进"校企合作人才培养模式,完成了"安全技术与管理"专业人才培养方案调整,制定了以工程实践创新能力培养为主线的课程体系。学院和企业共建多功能安全技术实训基地,培养通识性安全知识和专业性安全技术。基地开展安全生产培训考试点建设,开展国内外高校通识性安全教育,服务区域企业及政府安监部门的安全培训,有效达到了促进和提升职业人才培养质量的目标,社会服务功能突出,效果明显。
