Problems and Countermeasures in Supply Management of Disinfection Supply Center

目的:分析消毒供应中心供应管理存在的问题,探讨解决问题的对策。方法:以安阳市肿瘤医院消毒供应中心2015年7月至2016年6月(对策实施前)以及2016年7月至2017年6月(对策实施后)两个时间段为研究对象,比较对策实施前后供应管理问题出现的概率。结果:对策实施后,知识缺乏、装备不足以及流程不熟等问题的出现概率均要明显低于对策实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心供应管理容易出现问题,为了提高消毒供应中心的供应管理水平,必须要针对问题采取相应的措施。

Objective To analyze the problem of supply management of fine disinfection supply center and to discuss the countermeasures. Methods The disinfection and supply center of our hospital in July 2015 to June 2016（before the implementation of countermeasures） and July 2016 to June 2017（after the implementation of the policy） for the two time periods for the study, compare the implementation of countermeasures before and after the implementation of The probability of managing the problem. Results After the implementation of the strategy, the probability of lack of knowledge, lack of equipment and unfamiliarity were signifi cantly lower than those before the implementation（P 0.05）. Conclusion Disinfection supply center supply management is prone to problems, in order to improve the disinfection supply center supply management level, we must take appropriate measures to solve the problem.
