CSP流程生产无取向电工钢35W440常化工艺技术研究

摘要 研究了常化工艺对CSP流程生产无取向电工钢35W440的组织、织构及电磁性能影响规律,结果表明:在常化温度为900~960℃范围内,随着常化温度提高,铁损P1.5/50呈下降趋势,磁感B50呈上升趋势;常化工艺为930℃×(2~3)min范围内能获得较好的磁性能,且对应的有利织构组分较高;后工序热处理工艺组合采用930℃×3 min常化+930℃×(2~3)min退火可获得较好的磁性能,且能耗低。 The effects of normalization process on microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of non-oriented silicon steel 35 W440 were investigated in this paper. The results show that with the increase of normalizing temperature, the iron loss P1.5/50 tends to decrease, and the magnetic B50 susceptibility increases in the normal temperature range of 900~960 ℃. Excellent electromagnetic properties of 35 W440 and the corresponding favorable texture components can be obtained from the normalization process 930 ℃×2~3 min. Better magnetic properties and lower energy cost can be realized by the combination of normalization process 930 ℃ × 2~3 min and annealing process 930 ℃×3 min.
