我公司主要生产高强度紧固件和耐热钢紧固件。随着汽车技术的快速发展,紧固件行业对冷镦钢的表面质量及心部质量提出了更高的要求。虽然国内冷镦钢近几年发展迅速,但依旧远落后于日本等先进国家。紧固件开裂一般在原材料检验、冷镦、淬火、挑选工序被发现。通过酸洗、宏观分析、光学显微镜分析等找出末端原因,进行质量优化改善。

Our company mainly produces high strength fasteners and heat resistant steel fasteners. With the rapid development of automobile technology, the fastener industry has put forward higher requirements on the surface quality and core quality of the cold heading steel. Although the domestic cold heading steel has developed rapidly in recent years, it still far behind the advanced countries such as Japan. The crack- ing of fastener is usually found in raw material inspection, cold heading, quenching and selection process. The reason is found out by the pickling, macro analysis,microscope analysis etc. to optimize quality im- provement.
