DOJ-75保持架的热处理检验方法探讨

摘要 介绍了DOJ-75保持架现行的热处理检验方法及存在的问题,并用该方法实测了数件DOJ-75保持架。结果表明:该产品的心部硬度超出上限值,产品的窗口侧淬硬层深度(CHD)超深。而检测同一产品的其它部位(如:大端面),则完全合格,显示出了较大的差异。在此基础上,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了改进措施。 The current heat treatment test method and existing problems of the DOJ-75 cage is introduced, and several DOJ-75 cages are measured by this method. The results show that the core hardness of the product exceeds the upper limit hardness, and the depth of case hardened layer (CHD) is super deep. And other place of the same product, such as large end face, are completely qualified, showing a great differ- ence. On this basis, the causes of the problems are analyzed, and improvement measures are put forward.
