Optimization of Design Concept for Hydrostatic Test Equipment in Nuclear Power Plants

摘要 核岛容器水压试验是核电厂在役检查的重要方法之一,能够验证容器在持续承压状态下的完整性和密封性。根据不同类型容器对试验临时特殊装置的安装要求,在设计阶段优化容器本体及管道布置方案,从而降低在役水压试验人员受照剂量、缩减试验工期、减少对设备和相关附件的破坏,降低核电厂检修成本。 Nuclear vessel hydrostatic test is one of the important in-service inspection methods in nuclear power plants, to verify vessels under sustained pressure integrity and sealing. According to the installation requirements of the temporary special devices, in the design stage of vessel and pipeline of nuclear power plants, the vessel body and the pipeline layout are optimized, to reduce the personnel exposure in the in-service hydraulic test, to reduce the test duration, to lower the risk of equipment and related accessories, and to reduce the maintenance cost of nuclear power plants.
