中国经济改革是搞资本主义吗——纪念中国经济改革40周年

Has China's Economic Reform Been as a Return to Capitalism:To Commemorate the 40th Anniversary of China's Economic Reform

澄清对中国经济改革的各种误解,不能根据公有制经济比重大幅度下降至50%以下、贫富差距过大而断定中国的经济改革是搞资本主义;中国经济改革不是要抛弃社会主义、复辟资本主义,而是要建设有中国特色的社会主义;全面深化改革应坚持社会主义方向,完善和发展社会主义制度。中国的经济改革可分为两个阶段:第一阶段以纠偏为主,重点纠正超越阶段的偏差失误,发挥私有制和市场经济的积极作用;第二阶段以完善为主,重点完善和发展社会主义制度,更好地发挥社会主义的优越性。未来的改革应继续发挥私有制和市场经济的积极作用,但同时也应有效克服其消极作用。

There is a need to clarify various misunderstandings about China＇s economic reform that has been as a return to capitalism based on the fact that the share of public sectors in the economy has fallen sharply to below 50% and the wealth gap is overgrown. It should be clear that China＇s economic reform is not to abandon socialism or revert to capitalism,but to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics; deepening the reform comprehensively should follow the socialist direction and keep improving the socialist system. The economic reform of China could be divided into two stages. The first stage focuses on correcting the biases and errors during the leap-frogging period,leveraging the positive effects of private ownership and market economy. The second stage is to prioritize the development and perfection of socialist system,to better play the superiority of socialism. It is argued that in the future reform,we should continue to play the positive role of private ownership and market economy and effectively overcome the corresponding drawbacks.
