摘要 为落实《"十三五"国家科技创新规划》,在国家重点研发计划中启动实施了"煤炭清洁高效利用和新型节能技术"重点专项,内容覆盖了煤炭高效发电、煤炭清洁转化、燃煤污染控制、二氧化碳捕集利用与封存、工业余能回收利用、工业流程及装备节能、数据中心及公共机构节能7个技术方向的23个重点研究任务。此报告主要介绍了专项的背景、部署、管理举措、实施等。 In order to implement the 13th Five-Year plan for the national science and technology innovation, the National Key Research & Development (R&D) Program about "Clean and Highly Efficient Utilization of Coal & Novel Energy Conservation Technology" specific project has been started. It focuses on 23 research tasks in 7 key fields: high efficient coal-fired power generation, clean coal conversion, pollution control of coal combustion, COs capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) , energy conservation of industrial process and equipment, recovery and utilization of waste energy from industry and energy conservation of data center and public service agency. This background, deployment, paper mainly introduces the management measures and implementation of the special project.
