摘要
本文根据近年来熔态还原炼铁、煤基联合循环发电、煤基液体燃烧合成及铸石技术的发展及其主要问题分析,从提高系统能源效率、减少污染物排放和温室气体排放、降低比投资成本角度出发,指出了以炼铁-媒气化一体化为核心的熔融还原炼铁-熔渣铸石-煤气合成液体燃料-燃气发电集成系统是一条节能、环保的煤炭能源利用途径。
In this paper, the feasibility of smelting reduction ironmaking process combining with the processes of liquid fuel synthesis and electric power generation was discussed, which aimed to get high energy conversion efficiency, low pollution gas emission and low production cost. It showed the integrated system is a possible way to greatly save energy and reduce production cost comparison with the individual processes.
