基于电力系统通用服务协议的智能设备运维系统模型服务研究

智能变电站智能设备运维系统是为支撑智能设备远程运维而开发的技术平台,若采用传统方法构建和核对主子站远动转发表,配置和调试的工作量巨大。文章提出了智能设备运维系统主子站模型交互方法,由子站为主站提供SCD模型服务,主站通过解析SCD模型,将信号列表映射至实时数据库,自动生成主站信号列表。此外,构建图形模板,同类设备图库自动关联,解决重复配置的问题。最后,主子站间增加自动对点服务,提升调试效率,并通过校核配置文件保证配置的一致性。

Operation and maintenance system of intelligent devices for smart substation is a platform which supports functions of remote operation and maintenance. If using traditional measures to construct information tables, it＇s a significant amount of work for debugging and configuration. This paper proposes a method of model interaction between master station and sub-station. The sub-station provides SCD model service for master station, while master station gains information lists through parsing SCD and maps these lists to data bases. Meanwhile, a series of graphics templates are built and connections between the device and the related graphics are made automatically. This method solves the problems of reconfiguration. Finally, the function of information points automatic checking is added to improve the debugging efficiency. And the configuration files are checked to ensure the consistency.
