摘要
商业空间设计属于服务行业,服务设计则是服务行业的核心,已经成为一种新兴的设计思维和方法。服务设计本质是满足用户和客户对于提供服务方的需求。随着设计思维由传统设计扎转型为以用户体验为中心的设计,无论是在公共空间设计、家庭空间设计还商业空间设计,服务设计已经充分运用在其设计中。在服务设计中,应当根据具体的设计对象选择服务设计的核心,即服务设计蓝图和用户旅程图。此外,服务设计的来源是用户需求,因此可以为商业空间本身提供更多的附加商业价值。
Interior design industry belongs to the service industry, service design is the core of the service industry, and has become a new design thinking and method. The essence of service design is to satisfy the needs of users and customers for providing service providers. Method With the transformation of design thinking from traditional design to user centered design, service design has been fully used in the design of public space design, family space design and commercial space design. Result In service design, the core of service design should be chosen according to specific design objects, namely service design blueprint and user itinerary chart. Conclusion the source of service design is user needs, so it can provide more commercial value for commercial space itself.
