高职院校教师学生校友发展共同体构建与探索 被引量:1

摘要 教师、学生和校友是自然形成的各类学校所共同具有的最重要的三类主体。在我国高等教育进入大众化乃至普及化背景下,教师、学生和校友这三种相对独立又密切相连的行动者在高校中的地位、作用及其复杂性越来越凸显出来。高职教育的类型特征决定了教师、学生、校友既存在于学校内部,又存在于学校外部,发展共同体基于三者之间的各种互动关系构建而成,其既是一种制度,也是一种工具。本文在对发展共同体理论阐释的基础上,以浙江金融职业学院的探索与实践为个案展开研究,提出基于教师学生校友发展共同体的高职院校治理新模式。
