速干防紫外线抗静电多功能针织面料生产实践

Development of Quick-drying and Anti-ultraviolet and Antistatic Multi-functional Knitted Fabric

采用8.33 tex/72 f吸湿速干防紫外线功能性涤纶与7.78 tex/27 f锦涤复合导电丝交织,在24针/25.4 mm的佰源BYJM20型双面圆纬机上,开发速干防紫外线抗静电多功能鸟眼结构双面针织面料。详细介绍面料的设计思路、原料选择、编织工艺、染整工艺及注意事项和技术关键点,并测试产品的基本性能及吸湿速干性、防紫外线性能和抗静电性能等。结果表明,面料的耐皂洗、耐摩擦、耐光照、耐汗渍色牢度等级均达到4级以上,吸湿速干功能佳,防紫外线UPF值大于40,抗静电效果良好,手感柔软、穿着舒适,满足消费者对夏季针织服装速干、防紫外线、抗静电的功能需求,该面料可用于夏季户外运动服装的开发。

This paper develops a knid of quick-drying, anti-ultraviolet and antistatic multi-functional knitted fabric with bird-eye double-faced knitted structure by interknitting 8.33 tex/72 f polyester with 7.78 tex/27 f polyester/nylon conductive yarn on gauge 24 BYJM20 double circular knitting machine. It introduces the design idea, raw materials selection, knitting process, dyeing and finishing technology, precautions and technical points in detail. The basic properties, such as moisture absorption and quick drying, anti-ultraviolet and antistatic are tested.The results show that the color fastness to soaping, rubbing, light and perspiration of the fabric reach above grade4. The fabric has excellent quick-drying performance and antistatic effect, and the UPF value is more than 40. The multi-functional knitted fabric has soft hand feeling and comfortable wearing, which meet the functional requirements from consumers on quick-drying and anti-ultraviolet and antistatic peoperties, and can be used for outdoor sports clothes in summer.
