摘要
基于对竹炭纤维和聚乳酸纤维基本性能的介绍,采用8.3 tex/36 f竹炭纤维长丝和11.1 tex/36 f聚乳酸纤维长丝,在4针道TF-S3F4型单面大圆机上,开发功能性提花针织面料。介绍面料的原料选择以及设备参数、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式等编织工艺和染整工艺,并给出面料的技术参数。开发的面料具有吸湿快干、防紫外线、抑菌抗菌、蓄热保暖、保健、抗起毛起球等多种功能,通过改变织针及三角排列,可以设计出多种风格,为针织企业研发功能性提花针织面料提供参考。
Based on the properties of bamboo charcoal fiber and polylactic acid fiber, a kind of functional jacquard knitted fabric was developed on 4 track TF-S3F4 type single circular knitting machine with 8.3 tex/36 f bamboo charcoal filament and 11.1 tex/36 f polylactic acid filament. This paper introduced raw materials selection and knitting technology, dyeing and finishing technology and fabric specifications, and the knitting technology includes equipment parameters setting, needle arrangement, cam arrangement and yarn treading. The developed fabric has many functions, such as moisture absorption and fast drying, anti-ultraviolet radiation, antibacterial, heat storage, health care, anti-pilling and so on. Many styles can be designed through changing the needle and cam arrangement. The research can provide technical reference for knitting enterprises to develop functional jacquard knitted fabrics.
