纺织品全自动水分蒸发检测装置的研发

针对发布的国家标准GB/T 21655.1—2008《纺织品吸湿速干性能的评定第一部分:单向组合试验法》,研发了一种纺织品全自动水分蒸发检测装置。该装置全自动操作,滴液、称量、记录数据和曲线、分析、计算、打印报告,完全智能化控制。试验表明,该装置测量准确、稳定,可以取代人工操作方式,提高了生产效率,节省劳动成本,为速干纺织品的研发、质量控制、产品鉴定提供了科学可靠的评价手段。

Based on the issued national standard of GB/T 21655.1-2008 ＂Determination of moisture absorption and quick drying of textiles-Part 1：one-way combined test method＂, a kind of automatic moisture evaporation testing equipment for textiles is developed. The Equipment is automatically operated with intelligent control system for dropping liquid, weighing, recording data and curve, analyzing, calculating and printing report. The testing results are accurate and stable. The Equipment can replace manual operation way and improve production efficiency and save labor costs. It provides a scientific and reliable evaluation method for development and quality control and product identification of quick-drying textiles.
