2017年南宁龙舌兰种质寒害调查及养护对策

A Survey of Cold Injury of Agavaceae Germplasm and Its Recovery Countermeasures in Naning in 2017

2017年11月下旬至12月,广西壮族自治区亚热带作物研究所龙舌兰种质资源圃小气候出现两次低于18℃的低温天气,持续时间分别为6 d和30 d。低温天气使得16份龙舌兰种质资源遭受寒害,占龙舌兰种质资源的44%,受害等级在1~4级。本文介绍龙舌兰种质资源圃小气候气温和龙舌兰种质受灾情况,讨论了龙舌兰种质受害程度与植物种类和栽培方式的关系,并对灾后恢复提供对策。

From late November to December 2017, there were two rounds of cold weather （temperature below 18 degrees Celsius） occurring in the Agave Germplasm Collection of Guangxi Subtropical Crops Research Institute. The low temperature events lasted for 6 days and 30 days, respectively. There were 16 accessions of Agave germplasm suffering from cold injury, which accounted for 44% of the total accessions of the Agave germplasm. The cold injury severity of these germplasm was listed in the grades of 1~4. The microclimatic temperature and cold injury of Agave germplasm in the Agave Germplasm Collection were described, and the relationship between cold injury severity, accessions and cultivation models were discussed, based on which some countermeasures to recover the Agave germplasm injured were put forward.
