土茯苓丛生芽诱导与增殖培养技术优化 被引量:2

摘要 为优化土茯苓的组织培养技术体系,提高土茯苓组织培养效率,促进其资源保护和合理开发利用。以土茯苓带腋芽茎段为外植体,采用组织培养方法,研究不同外源激素配比对茎段丛生芽诱导分化和不定芽增殖的影响。结果表明:土茯苓茎段丛生芽诱导分化最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 1.2 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,芽诱导倍数达6.35,不定芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,其增殖数高达8.8,且芽生长良好。 Optimize the tissue culture technology system of Smilax glabra, improve the efficiency of Smilax glabln order to optimize the protocol for tissue culture of Smilax glabra to improve the efficiency of tissue culture and promote the protection and rational development and utilization of S. glabra resources, the axial buds were used as the explant to analyze the effects of different exogenous hormones on differentiation of cluster shoots of the stem section of S. glabra and the multiplication of the adventitious shoots. The results showed that the best medium for inducing differentiation was MS+6-BA 1.2 mg/L + KT 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L, which induced shoots by 6.35 times. The best multiplication medium for adventitious shoots was MS +6-BA 1.5 mg/L+ KT 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L, and produced adventitious shoots by 8.8 times. The cluster shoots grew well.
