Desmoplastic trichoepithelioma:a case report and literature reviews

报告1例结缔组织增生性毛发上皮瘤。患者男,46岁。左侧面部淡红色斑块2年。皮肤科检查:左侧面部一直径8mm淡红色环形斑块,边缘轻度隆起,中央轻度凹陷萎缩,表面光滑,无毛发生长,边界清楚,质硬,无明显压痛。皮损组织病理检查:表皮轻度萎缩,真皮胶原纤维明显增生,其间散在大量基底细胞样条索,细胞分化尚好,可见表皮囊肿样结构,散在钙化组织,未见神经侵犯(图2A、B)。免疫组化:CD34及上皮细胞特异性BerEP4蛋白抗体均阳性。诊断:结缔组织增生性毛发上皮瘤。治疗:予手术切除。

A case of desmoplastic trichoepithelioma（DTE） is reported. A 46-year-old male presented with annular erythematous plaque on the left cheek for over 2 years. Physical examination showed a light red circular plaque sized 8 mm in diameter,with elavated borders and smooth surface, but no tenderness, on the left side of the face. Histopathological examination showed mild atrophy of the epidermis and hyperproliferation of collagen fibers in the dermis. Epidermoid cysts, cords of basaloid cells and calcification were present between collagen fibers, but no nerve inbasion. Immunohistochemistry showed positive for CD34 and BerEP4. The diagnosis of DTE was made.Lesion was completely excised.
