摘要
目的对两例肾综合征出血热死亡病例进行分析,为该病的早期防控提供指导。方法收集查阅广州市的两例肾综合征出血热死亡病例的临床资料,现场流行病学调查资料,并进行分析。结果两例病例在早期均出现无诱因的发热症状;病例生前均接触过死亡的和后来死亡的有可能携带病原体的动物;居住环境中的鼠密度分别为10%和3%,高于允许值1%。结论两病例接触染疫死亡动物或者通过宠物间接接触染疫鼠及其排泄物所致感染的可能性较大。对无明显诱因的发热患者进行肾综合征出血热有关的流行病学调查和相关实验室指标检查是减少该病误诊漏诊的关键。
Objective To analyze two death cases caused by hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,and provide guidance of prevention and control at the early phage of this disease. Method The clinical data and epidemiological information of two death cases caused by hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Guangzhou were collected and analyzed. Results Both of two death cases got fever without obvious cause at the early phage of disease. Two patients had contacted with suspicious infected animals which was dead and died later. The rat density of residence areas of the two patients were 10% and 3%,higher than normal allowance 1%. Conclusions It was more possible that one case was infected directly and the other indirectly,by contacting with dead rat or excrement of rat through pet dog. The key to reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome was epidemiological investigation and clinical laboratory examination for patients with fever of no obvious causes.
