Analysis of the pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal tract of food workers in Zhongshan city in 2014-2016

摘要 目的了解2014-2016年中山市食品从业人员肠道致病菌的带菌情况,为预防和控制相关食源性疾病提供依据。方法对中山市2014-2016年90 887名食品从业人员健康检查肛拭样品中检出的肠道致病菌进行统计分析。结果共检出沙门菌24株,志贺菌无检出,总阳性率为0.26‰;检出的沙门菌分布于5个血清群,以B群为主,占54.2%。各季度沙门菌阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),夏秋季沙门菌的阳性率高于冬春季;21~30岁年龄段受检者沙门菌阳性率最高;男性受检者的阳性率高于女性受检者。结论中山市食品从业人员沙门菌和志贺菌的带菌率较低,夏秋季是沙门菌防控的重点,应加强卫生宣传和监督工作。 Objective To understand the carrying situation of the enteric pathogens among the food practitioners in Zhongshan from 2014 to 2016,and provide the basis for preventing food born disease. Methods The results of enteric pathogens detection in anus swab samples from 90 887 food-service staff in Zhongshan from 2014 to 2016 were analyzed. Results A total of 24 strains of Salmonella were found while Shigella was not found,and the total detection rate of Salmonella was0.26‰. The 24 strains of Salmonella distribute in 5 serogroups with 13 serotypes. Most were Group B accounted for 54.2%.The detection rate of Salmonella in summer and autumn was significantly higher than that in winter and spring(P〈0.01).The detection rate of Salmonella in 21-30 year-old age group was the highest while that among male examiner was high.Conclusions The carrying rates of Salmonella and Shigella were relatively low among the food practitioners in Zhongshan.The summer and autumn were the important season for prevention and control of Salmonella. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and the supervision of food sanitation.
