荧光定量免疫层析技术在诊断上的应用 被引量:6

Fluorescent quantitative immunochromatography:a novel approach to ultrasensitive diagnosis

摘要 近年来随着纳米粒子、量子点等标记蛋白质的新材料和新技术的不断发展,免疫检测领域掀起了新的革命,使抗原抗体检测的灵敏度逐步增强,特异性逐步提高,操作更为简便;荧光定量免疫层析技术,是将免疫荧光与免疫层析技术相结合,克服了以胶体金标记为代表的传统免疫层析技术上的不足,朝向量化、多标记和直观检测方向发展的新型免疫检测技术,本文就近年来该技术在诊断上的应用进行综述。 In recent years,along with the continuous development of protein labeling,such as nanoparticles and luminescent materials,a new revolution is brought out to the field of immunological detection,in order to optimize its sensitivity,specificity and simplicity. Immunochromatography,known as lateral flow immunoassay as well,contributes a lot to the pathogen detection and food safety control,owing to its specificity,portability and low-cost. However,lacking of quantitative and sensitive analysis at low target concentration hampers its further application. Hence,taking advantage of the novel fluorescent reporters,fluorescent quantitative immunochromatography generates,it is proved to be a promising ultrasensitive technology for the point-of-care test and shows potential for simultaneous detection of different markers.
