摘要
登革热是由Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ型登革病毒引起的急性传染病,主要通过埃及伊蚊和白纹伊蚊传播,引起广泛流行。登革病毒是一种单股正链的RNA黄病毒,依次编码3种结构蛋白,即包膜蛋白(E)、膜蛋白(M)和衣壳蛋白(C),和7个非结构蛋白(NS1、NS2A、NS2B、NS3、NS4A、NS4B和NS5),NS1蛋白在病毒感染、复制及病理过程中起着重要作用。本文就NS1蛋白在登革病毒检测及免疫预防方面的研究进展作一综述。
Dengue is an acute infectious disease caused by dengue viruses of type Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,which is transmittedmainly through Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus and causes widespread epidemic. Dengue virus(DENV)is a single-stranded,positive-sense RNA flavivirus that has three structural proteins,envelope(E),matrix(M)and capsid(C)proteins,as well as seven nonstructural proteins(NS1,NS2 A,NS2 B,NS3,NS4 A,NS4 B and NS5). NS1 protein plays animportant role in virus infection,replication and pathological process. This article mainly discusses the research progress inthe application of NS1 protein in dengue virus detection and immune prevention.
