北京市昌平区大学生心肺复苏认知现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Cognition Status of College Students' Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in Changping District

目的对北京市昌平区大学生对心肺复苏(CPR)认知现状、培训经历、学习需求和施救意愿等情况进行调查分析,为普及CPR知识和技能提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,随机选取2018年1—6月北京市昌平区非医学专业在校大学生3 000名进行问卷调查。结果 92.3%的大学生都听说过CPR,但了解CPR操作的大学生却只有18.7%,只有10.9%的大学生接受过CPR培训,大学生CPR理论考核合格率只有13.9%,86.1%的大学生认为学习CPR是非常必要的,66.1%的大学生想通过在校完成培训学习,84.1%的大学生愿意为他人实施CPR操作。结论北京市昌平区大学生CPR认知普遍缺乏,学习需求和施救意愿很高,在大学生中开展CPR培训,有利于提高大学生的现场急救能力。

Objective To investigate the situation of CPR awareness, training experience, learning needs and willingness to rescue in Changping District, Beijing, and to provide evidence for popularizing CPR knowledge and skills. Methods The questionnaire was designed by ourselves, and 3 000 college students from non-medical majors in Changping District of Beijing from January to June 2018 were randomly selected for questionnaire survey. Results 92.3% of college students had heard of CPR, but only 18.7% of college students who understood CPR operation, only 10.9% of college students had received CPR training. The pass rate of college students＇ CPR theory was only 13.9%. 86.1% of college students thought that learning CPR was very necessary that 66.1% of college students wanted to complete training and study at school, and 84.1% of college students were willing to implement CPR operations for others. Conclusion The CPR cognition of college students in Changping District of Beijing is generally lacking, and the learning needs and willingness to rescue are very high. CPR training among college students is conducive to improving the on-site first-aid ability of college students.
